Privacy Notice & Professional Scope
Your privacy and trust are deeply valued. Everything you share during our coaching sessions is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality. Information discussed in our sessions will never be shared without your permission unless required by law or when there is a serious
Professional Notice
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that supports your personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and resilience. My role is to help you better understand unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and move towards the life you wish to build.
My coaching combines evidence-based coaching methods with specialized training in psychological principles—including cognitive behavioural approaches, trauma-informed practice, anxiety, emotional wellbeing, and depressive disorders—together with the wisdom and values of Islam to support lasting growth of both mind and soul.
While coaching can be deeply supportive and transformative, it is not psychological treatment and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is not a substitute for the care of a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical mental health treatment, I encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare provider.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, confidential, and faith-centred space where you feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to cultivate resilience, emotional balance, and a greater sense of sakīnah (inner tranquillity) in your daily life.
Although I am not a licensed psychologist,I have completed specialized professional training in evidence-based coaching and psychological approaches, allowing me to confidently support individuals in strengthening emotional wellbeing, developing healthy coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change within the scope of coaching.
